A revival of a classic 1930’s Oris pilots watch, the Oris Big Crown Pointer Date brings a touch of class to the wrist thanks to its vintage inspired case and timeless dial design. Oris have been masters at designing pilots watches since the dawn of aviation including their own signature style alongside contemporary automatic movements.

The Oris Pointer Calendar movement has been a favourite with the brand for over 70 years and this particular Oris Big Crown watch is equipped with the Oris 754 automatic winding calibre to power the calendar function hand which points at the date adorned around the edge of the dial. The self-winding movement also impresses with 26 jewels, 28’800 vibrations per hour and a power reserve of 38 hours. Sapphire glass domed on both sides with anti-reflective coating inside. Centre hands for hours, minutes and seconds, date centre hand, instantaneous date, date corrector, fine timing device and stop-second. The watch has a stainless steel case and bracelet, a lovely looking watch indeed.
